Delete Account + Data
How to request deletion of your account and personal data.
1. Start Deletion
If you can access the app, use Settings - Delete account + data.
If a paid trial or subscription is active, cancel it in billing first. In-app deletion is blocked until that billing state is no longer active.
Alternatively, send an email to support@paced.coach with the subject Delete my account + data.
2. Verification
To protect your account, we may request verification of your identity.
Please use the email address linked to your account whenever possible.
3. Scope of Deletion
- Account profile and related settings
- Stored connection credentials and sync state in paced.coach
- Training, analysis, planning, recap, and coaching outputs in your account
- Support and account administration data stored in paced.coach unless legal retention duties apply
- Locally stored billing status records and related usage records in paced.coach
- The associated paced.coach sign-in identity, subject to successful authentication-provider cleanup
4. What May Remain
Statutory retention obligations, for example tax, accounting, and invoice records, remain unaffected.
Backup copies may continue to contain historical snapshots until they are overwritten in the normal recovery cycle.
Where you purchase a paid plan through checkout, invoice and payment records may also be retained by the billing provider or merchant of record under its own legal obligations and privacy terms.
Connected training providers and other external services may keep their own records under their own policies. Deleting your paced.coach account does not automatically erase data stored by those external services.
5. Follow Up Questions
In-app deletion removes local account data first and then requests deletion of the associated sign-in identity. If final sign-in cleanup needs follow-up, support can help confirm the remaining step.
